Best Junk Removal named the service perfectly! They sent reminders, called when they were on their way. Completed the task efficiently and quickly. On time and were professional and friendly. We moved into a new house and the previous owners left a rusty swingset and a broken down trailer. We also took down an old fence we didn’t like much. Brandon came and took it all away. I have used Best Junk Removal three or four times now. Brandon is always on time and gets my junk loaded up pretty fast. He is super friendly and talented! During his last visit, he removed an old fridge, among other things, from my house. I thought he would have to take the doors off the house to get the fridge out the door. I made arrangements with Best Junk Removal to have the yard cleaned up at the home of a very dear friend who lives a considerable distance from my location. From first contact through job completion, Brandon was professional, friendly, and kept me informed about the progress. I will never use a different team again. They came to my apartment and I told them flat out, “Everything in here is to be thrown away–I’ve double checked everything.” I left for a couple of hours, and when I came back, one of the team members gave me an object worth $8000 that he had found which I had forgotten I kept hidden in the apartment. If he had just kept it, I would have not known any better. He had no reason to give it back, but he did. You cannot buy integrity. Kudos to the Best Junk Removal team– they restored, at least for that morning, my faith in humanity.
